Bezmenov explains his background, some of his training, and exactly how Soviet propaganda is spread in other countries in order to subvert their teachers, politicians, and other policy makers to a mindset receptive to the Soviet ideology. He also explains in detail the goal of Soviet propaganda as total subversion of another country and the four-step formula for achieving this goal.
According to Greek sources, Russia is having "intensive war preparations" in Moscow. It's expected in the new few days for Putin to make "an extremely important announcement". Moscow is expected officially declare the start of a "New Patriotic War".
All of this also stems from the fact that Ukraine has adopted new laws banning the use of the Russian language in everyday life. According to Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, "The west is trying to destroy everything Russian that is left in Ukraine." Lavrov spoke about the language bans and culture purging happening in parts of Ukraine.
Notable Russian preparations include installing Pantsir-S1 air defense systems over key buildings in Moscow. This also means that air defense drills have been stepped up. Preparations include improvements of defenses around key industrial, administrative, and military infrastructure sites.
The Pantsir (Russian: Панцирь, lit. '"Carapace"') missile system is a family of self-propelled, medium-range surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery systems. Starting with the Pantsir-S1 (Russian: Панцирь-С1, NATO reporting name SA-22 Greyhound) as the first version, it is produced by KBP Instrument Design Bureau of Tula, Russia, and is the successor to the Tunguska M1.
The Pantsir-S1 was designed to provide point air defense of military, industrial and administrative installations against aircraft, helicopters, precision munitions, cruise missiles, and UAVs; and to provide additional protection to air defense units against enemy air attacks employing precision munitions, especially at low to extremely low altitudes.
